$200 arrangement delivered in 90 degree weather and left outside. Completely melted and ruined. Store manager did not return my call for an entire month and then offered to redeliver. No thank you a month later. Refused to refund. Questioned my decision on delivery date and questioned the common sense of the recipient. Store owner will not even answer corporate office's calls. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Never, ever again! I have ordered from Edible Arrangement over 35 times and never had an experience like this. They have always been amazing, choose another location to order from. This store will not be around long with customer service like this. Obnoxious and rude.
